omg it works!! no kidding. i did the meditation to help me stop smoking. then i quit cold turkey with no cravings. no cravings! i’ve given up in the past but never without cravings before. i think i really got in touch with the original reasons why i started and that’s why it’s worked so well. i can’t guarantee i’ll stay quit coz i know what i’m like, but if i start again i’ll just return to your video. thank you so much, you may have saved my life
