With the New Year creeping up on us faster than most of us would like, I cant think of a better way to start off the new year than getting everyone to stop smoking.

this really helps me to relax if i feel an anxiety attack coming on … thanks
this is awesome! it really works thank you sadie <3
You’re welcome. It’s incredible, the tools we have without reaching for anything or anyone else.
Heheh…I know, some days, those 5 pints really call to me;)
Keep it up–when you’re really ready, you will quit. Think of it more that you want to smoke, embrace your desires…but you choose not to practice it from your more rational mind. It helps not to resist what you want, but just decide not to materialize it into your body. Good luck!! xoSadie
you are extremely beautifull… tks i ma bring up this tip for my gal….
5 glasses of Guinness sounds better. My kinda gal! It’s KT again. I just wanted to say this is great as I am trying to quit smoking. It’s really hindering my yoga practice, because I lack energy. I’ll keep trying!
I know–and that’s an addiction we can all live with!

Exactly. Amazing how we can switch ourselves over, without anything else to help us but the breath! Hope the rest of your day goes better;)
xoSadie
This technique is amazing, thanks!
Great tip Sadie! I need this after the kind of morning I have had. Now I can go in the rest of my day calm and peaceful.
Thanks Sadie..Namaste.

Thank you very much, Sadie! I only did the breathing throughout the length of this video, but that alone was enough for a natural “buzz”. I can see this becoming an addiction very quickly! Namaste
Your Beautiful !!!!
Wow, this is good stuff…thanks sadie
It’s my pleasure. Thanks, jojofana, and everyone below! You rock.

Sadie, I missed your vids sooo much:) I tried this breathing technique and it felt really good. With all the stress in my life recently, I needed exatcly that:) Thank you!
Amazing!
You have no idea how nice this will come to help me quit smoking, i wouldn’t know how to thank you!
Sadie, you are awesome! Thanks for posting this video. Good timing in my life
that was great, always give us more of these “life changing” tips they are amazing
million thank you!!
I never thought about using this for cravings. I wish I watched this 10 minutes ago before I scarfed down some of left over Halloween candy.
I remember reading something from the Quran (I’m not Muslim) but it said you should have three spaces in your gut – one for food, one for drink and one to give space to breath easily. I must remember this as I usually overeat at lunch then I have to sit for work. I’ll try this too, I can only help cope with all the other madness!
Thanks for the tip =D
Greetings, Mistress Nardini.
I’ll rock the world, with this one, to all the people I know, who smokes! Thanks a lot!
PS! 5 stars and more – and I really had know idea, that it actually was the inhale and exhale that makes people calm down!
Namaste! You Rock!
Sadie! This is huge!!

I’m doing my teaching practice this semester so i’m under such a great stress, it totally drives me crazy… and i don’t smoke, but i absolutely overeat myself when it comes to depressed, paniced times. sooo i think this is so much what i need now!! i’m going to live with this.
thanks for uploading! namaste!
