@WendiFriesen the trash can issue isn’t big problem; I’m sure that worked. I also believe it works for more important problems. Over 3 years I’ve been a faithful listener of many of your CDs. Your voice and how you ease me into the dreamlike state REALLY WORKS to relax me. I’ve stopped the booze, procrastination the list goes on. I never doubted your abilities with NLP type help either. There are many ways that results can happen, and in part, it will take as long as you expect it to take.
Just because of this one person taking 21 days, does not determine the length of time that it takes to create a new habit.For instance, there was a test done to move a person’s desk waste basket to their left instead of their right. The person will continue to toss their garbage to the right side for 21 days. Is this true?
@1Disie Well for me my food usually isnt unhealthy, i just eat too much of it. I just consume a lot of calories and dont excersize enough to burn them off lol.
@greenfrog775: Hi. I was a heroin addict for 20 yrs with a $400 a day habit. I wanted to either die or stop, but the hold on me was far too strong. In Albuquerque, NM back in 1991, I stopped. I first learned the 21 days while in the Air Force by reading a book by Maxwell Malts, “Psycho-Cybernetics”. He as a plastic surgeon and discovered it through tests such as the phantom limb. He mentioned a dangling muscle fiber where a patient’s limb was, who still felt that limb; but in 21 days the muscle crept back into the body, as the patient was no longer feeling the missing limb. Oh, and it’s mentioned in the Bible in the old testament, I believe in Daniel? I love u Windi!

@sparkmagea99 You are correct Spark. I explain it, it makes sense, but doing it to yourself is hard for most people. There are a lot of things we know intellectually but don’t have the skills to implement the process. That is why I make a lot of CDs to lead you through the process and experience the magical change in your brain.

@greenfrog775 This lady makes doing stuff psycologically on your own very easy… but its not. She knows what she is talking about, but for the average person to just pick it up and do it is not as easy as her saying it… Get help from a professional that you can actually have contact with, nothing is better.
Ok mine is smoking but also pain meds I have been on pain meds for over 8 yrs and strong ones at that for fybromialga and migraines I want off them so bad and I am looking into a rehab without my family knowing other than my spouse of course but I wish I new how to do it on my own and this video didnt even make sense to me so I think I am helpless
Great description. You articulated the process of changing habits/addictions and neuroplasticity so eloquently. I believe we can strengthen the neuropathways for positive, productive behaviors by listening to theta inducing music.
i am addicted to going to the fridge every 30 minutes looking for snacks and I do this without even thinking and then when am looking in the fridge i am like wait no i am on a diet i should not eat anything lol
