My Insanity Workout Journey: The Results Video (60 Day Body Transformation)
I have taken the Insanity challenge and made it through in one piece! I made it to day 63 on 21 May, 2010 and I truly feel that Insanity has changed my life forever. I have come a long way from day 1 until now and I’m astonished on what I have accomplished. Over the past 2 months I have quit smoking and traded one addiction for another. I am now addicted to working out and bettering myself physically and mentally. I have loss 23 lbs and 7 inches off my waist! I have changed the way I eat, the way I look, the way I think, the way I live; I have changed my life! This is all because I took a chance on an infomercial workout DVD. This is my thank you video… Check out my blog: newportsandpizza.blogspot.com

@mcurrie3: Already did it… Did it the year before I did Insanity… I have done a hybrid since…
@AtaMbuMIL: I think I quit a few days before I started or after the first week… It was around there though….
@xbulldog12x: LMAO… I can’t help it man… I just have chubby cheeks… =)
why do you still have big cheeks!?
Wow, i know this video is old, but thats amazing!
@ARC3LYP5Y You can bulk up, but I haven’t been able to do so. It’s mostly cardio. If you want to get bigger (muscle wise) maybe check out asylum?
Wow. It’s amazing to see such amazing results. I’m on day 24 and loving it. I think the first 2 weeks of it were the hardest. Especially the first week. But Iook forward to finishing strong in another month!
Im doing this challenge with my brother, To try and get fit, im on day three and its hard! but ive heard that the first 2 weeks are the hardest ones.. Im working through it though.

Did you quit smoking the day you started insanity ,or before insanity?
I’m about to take the fit test right now! Here goes everything!
@CaptZor You should give P90x a try if you’re going strictly for muscle gain.
i just watched the infomerical about instanity and i was prepared to buy it, until the price came up… 3 payments for $39, but after seeing your vid i just may make the investment, congratulations by the way!

@jlyn87: It might be your diet…
Hi…I’m trying to build muscle since i’m a skinny guy so if I do it for 60 days straight i’ll probably lose weight instead of gain anything. Am i right? Or do you think I should do it the entire 60 days?
Wow CONGRATS!! Those are beautiful results! I’m @ Day 19 now, and I’m loving it! This is actually a workout I look forward to doing every night! But I’m having some trouble losing weight. Do you think it’s b/c more muscle’s replacing fat? Or should I really be losing more weight by now? I’ve def gotten more toned, but IDK. Any advice? Other than that I’m feeling great!
(MY STATS: 5’3″, STARTING WT: 130; STILL 130 after 19 STRAIGHT days of Insanity; GOAL: <115)
Please lemme know your thoughts!
@mekag92 It’s Mos Def Umi Say
@Proverbs31intraining No… No… No… and thanx!
@ARC3LYP5Y you bulk up with weights and resistance training p90x gives you some of that mixed with a ton of cardio what you really need is to be hitting the weights at a gym 4 days a week
Great job man. I’m struggling through the first week. Hard to get through the workouts. I thought that I was in decent shape. Boy was I wrong. I think the diet or lack of, is hurting me. Any suggestions?
did you use weights? is it required? did ya go to the gym? nice vid
