After 90 days of HARD work I lost 31 pounds. I then moved onto a Power 90/ Power Half Hour Rotation. In Summer of 2006 I started P90X (just one year after it’s release) and after 90 days I got RIPPED but I was still smoking! (CRAZY!!!) I was down to 185lbs but when I turned 26 I quit smoking. I Yo-Yoed from 185 to 205lbs. I was determined to quit smoking and I lost the weight once, I could do it again. In March of 2007 I became a Beachbody Coach, cause I was struggling to lose the weight and I thought Coaching would give me that extra accountability. I went to a Tony Horton Fitness Camp in the Summer of 2007. I discovered what Coaching was all about, I decided to commit to losing the smokers weight. I used Turbo Jam to lose ll.5 pounds and then went back to P90X where I got even more shredded. I won $1000 in 2007 November’s Beachbody Challenge, was helping others and moved on to P90X+. I’m a p90x grad myself but I wasn’t able to get the best results. From 5’9″ 230 pounds i went down to 205 pounds.
I got inspired with your 300 challenge though. That’ll probably stick on my mind for at least 90 days.
