We absolutely cherish the trust from any customer. No doubt, we don’t mean to cheat any body. But you know delay in postage often happens, especially in sales seasons, so you sometimes need to wait some time for a solution. And PayPal warning should be the worst choice for both of us. There must have been some misunderstanding between us. We promised you to refund the postage but required the photo of postage testimony. You did not send such a photo and in fact, we had not received the returned items before you opened warning on PayPal. And as you chose PayPal to solve your problem, we should’ve abided by PayPal rules, which says that you should pay the postage to get the product refund.
I recived an email on the 30th of Jan 2011, Stating the items had be reccived but we are now not going to refund you the postage, because you used Pay Pal to get a refund for the goods cost, Its seems Tinydeal use Blackmail and sign for items telling the customer its not been recived, Tinydeal also lie and promise refunds, when in fact they will try and get out of it, We are taking action and if anyone has had problems please let me know,
After buying 8 phones and requesting UK Maps, I recived 8 phones with UAE Maps, I requested downloads to correct problem but none worked, I returned products at a cost to myself of £ 60.99 which Tinydeal stated they would refund, The items were signed for on the 15th of Dec 2010, However up until the 20th of Jan 2011, Tinydeal stated they had not recived the items, We contacted the Postal Service and The Police
