No, no, no, no no! Never use Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) – e-cigs, patches, gum, inhaler etc. It’s the nicotine that you’re addicted to in the first place. Using NRT simply keeps you in permanent withdrawal. The most effective method is to just make yourself a vow: I will never again allow nicotine into my body. In other words, cold turkey. The cravings go away after 72 hours and after a week you’re in the clear. Believe me.
