Girl I woulda just rolled back down that hill!! You have inspired me to start the weight loss journey Gogetter1807, I really need to lose weight bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay! 2.2 pounds! Good job :) I’m not a fan of treadmills :( I just get so bored on them, but if that is what you like to do than keep going! Pretty soon you will be running the whole time and no walking! haha That’s a good feeling :)

Just wanted to say that I have read that the alternating of walking/running is actually healthier for your legs to help avoid injury and is easier for most people to add to longer distances. Running the whole way will come with time. : ) I’m doing the same as you now…stopping smoking and losing weight. We can do it!
