15

Hello, My name is Anthony Im an Ex-smoker.There are millions of people probably like you too, who wish to become an ex-smoker forever like me but just don’t know how to do it. There are millions of smokers who have tried so many times to quit smoking but have failed miserably only to start smoking again. Is that you too? The reason why they and you cannot stop smoking is probably because of the lack of education of “WHY YOU SMOKE”. When you know this and you completely understand this you will stop smoking forever. In my videos and ebook I will show you how you can become an ex-smoker…..forever!! If you have any doubts, fears, or even worries about how to become an ex-smoker then don’t worry because I will help you become just that. I can show you exactly what you need to do and how easy it will be to be an Ex-Smoker. I smoked for 20 years and now I smoke nothing-zero and my life is so much better…it’s beautiful to be free from that slavery.

Hey There !! ;) Happy New Year …so one month huh? Are ya smiling ? You should be!! Now …what? You are only just starting the rest of your life free and normal without those evil narcotics controlling you..it gets better from now..3 weeks one month after becoming an ex-smoker is your freedom ticket…no need to go back to prison..what for? To only want to escape again?
I am very happy for you.Just be subconsciously aware that the traps are always laid out..just walk past.step over and smile.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your reply, I didnt know one could do a such thing on you tube! Answering your question, I wanted a cigarette because i felt that I could have just one to remember the taste and not be hooked, silly I know cos it does create regret and pain! Wow Anthony you are amazing matey! Thank you I WILL kill the beast.

Allark1 Thanks for the comment.
Just a straight forward question to you…
Why did you want a cigarette?

Just remember that to stop smoking you have to stop smoking…but is it for good …or is it for a few days.

Complacency is what creates regret- Regret creates anger and anger creates pain.

When you feel like you want a smoke then its obviuos you havent killed the monster. Kill him b4 he does you. Dont be trapped ever again.

Be in Control 24-7 until you know he is dead.
Anthony

My quit date was 9 weeks ago. Trouble is that when you get to this stage of a quit you tend to become complacent, and think to yourself, I don’t need a cigarette but I want one! Due to this I have fallen off the wagon several times only to get back on the following day and not smoke again for up to now 3 days. Thank you Anthony I was waiting for a new video from you matey you give me strength.

kill kill kill the monster.. thanks again for a great vid of support Anthony, 5 days and still asking myself, what’s the point?

theexsmoker2008 @ 1:07 am #

well done Sauna97. My pleasure to help. you see , now after 3 weeks its a good feeling right? You got here without dying. Just be careful about the traps thrown at you. Just pity other smokers and thank yourself that you are not one of them. It does get even better now…wait a couple of months and watch how your taste becomes amazing…like you got a new mouth.

Take care and be happy every day..you are free..and most importantly …IN CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE…
Anthony
