This article is all about my adventures in giving up smoking using the “Easy Way to Quit Smoking” technique by Allen Carr.

I’ve been a non-smoker for three years now and I truthfully feel like I have kicked the habit once and for all.

Although it was not necessarily like this…

For many years I used to be a secret smoker and didn’t tell my family about my habit.

I told myself that if they didn’t know it is a positive because then I would smoke less, but to be truthful I believe that I was just fooling myself.

The reality is that I felt embarrassed and deceitful … And also had a lot of nervousness that they would find out my secret.

So for a year I attempted an entire range of stop smoking strategies including….

Patches – 1 month fail
Laser treatment – did not even stop
Cold turkey – 2 day fail

I am so puny ;- )

Nothing appeared to work till my best mate got me the Allen Carr book for a birthday present.

The thing about Allen carr is that he used to be a chain smoker and then one day he gave up using hypnosis.

But he wasn’t prepared to except the hypnosis was wizardry, so he did an entire load of analysis and discovered the explanations that hypnosis can sometimes make giving up so straightforward.

Let me ask you a question…

Has there ever been a time in the day when you went for three or four hours without a smoke, and didn’t even think about it. ?

Me too ;- )

What Allen did was find out how this works step by step, and how you can lengthen this relaxed feeling to make relinquishing a piece of cake.

His strategy is easy and it essentially goes this way :

1. Make a final, 100 pc call to give up.
2. Be ecstatic that you do not have smoke anymore.

I know this sounds a bit like a joke but there are some key ideas you want to learn before you can really feel assured with what I just recounted.

Well I am no exspert , but for what it’s worth, I think I was able to give up so easily because I first made the firm 100% call never to smoke again, and then had the hypnosis course to help with the longings.

I think as long as I can smoke. I know m? Doctors? Tell me it is my helper axiety, I have problems? My Anxi t? OD? me? Be and panic attacks. But it is hard to quit especially when everyone around me smokes cigarettes too. Do you suffer from Anxi t? Ren aufzuh smoking? And does it aid? And what is the easiest and fastest? the end? Please give t help!

In this post I’m going to pull back the curtain and reveal the truth about what happens when you quit smoking.

This will be useful information in your fight with the smoking obsession because you’ve got to know your enemy to be well placed to destroy him…

Anyway…the reason that most of the people put off giving up is that they have a fear of the unknown, and can’t face a life of cravings and agony that is supposed to come after you’ve quit smoking.

But I am here to tell you that it doesn’t need to be like that…

Folks desire smoke because they don’t really think they can give up. They sit there hour after hour and just wait to give in.

This plays right into the hands of the smoking obsession as it removes your confidence, so there is a small voice within your head that announces you’ll never give up.

I’m now going to give you the keys to the kingdom. The way that I was able to go from forty a day to nil, without any of the foolish patches or anything like that in any way.

1. I was actually bored with smoking and feeling very ill, so I made the decision that like it or not I had smoked my last fag.

There was no doubt in my mind even though I knew I would have cravings for two weeks. Simply deciding once and for all removes the strength of the cravings.

2. I was happy to finally be a non-smoker and it filled me with joy each day to consider it.

So now you know the method I used, let me take you through a couple of the things which happen when i quit smoking.

Challenging stuff

- You will be scared to see your friends if you typically smoke around them…but after your first night out staying smoke free, the sensation of achievement will change into a big boost.

- You will start to have dreams about smoking and wake up feeling like you have failed. But it’s a great feeling to realize you’re still on the truck!

- you’ll notice that you feel a tiny bit depressed for a few weeks. Notice that your body is just missing the Nicotine and that this feeling will pass very soon.

Good stuff

- You will find it better to get up in the morning.

- You will feel more happy and more full of energy than each before.

- Your breath will be clean and fresh.

- You’ll have more cash in your pocket.

- You’ll have greater self-confidence understanding that you’re in control of your own destiny.

- Food will taste better than it has in years.

Final thoughts

I could go on about how great it is to be a non-smoker for hours but that will not help you.

Now that you know what can be expected from giving up, it will take away the fearful feeling that keeps so many folk smoking for many years.
