Anyway…the reason that most of the people put off giving up is that they have a fear of the unknown, and can’t face a life of cravings and agony that is supposed to come after you’ve quit smoking.

But I am here to tell you that it doesn’t need to be like that…

Folks desire smoke because they don’t really think they can give up. They sit there hour after hour and just wait to give in.

This plays right into the hands of the smoking obsession as it removes your confidence, so there is a small voice within your head that announces you’ll never give up.

I’m now going to give you the keys to the kingdom. The way that I was able to go from forty a day to nil, without any of the foolish patches or anything like that in any way.

1. I was actually bored with smoking and feeling very ill, so I made the decision that like it or not I had smoked my last fag.

There was no doubt in my mind even though I knew I would have cravings for two weeks. Simply deciding once and for all removes the strength of the cravings.

2. I was happy to finally be a non-smoker and it filled me with joy each day to consider it.

So now you know the method I used, let me take you through a couple of the things which happen when i quit smoking.

Challenging stuff

- You will be scared to see your friends if you typically smoke around them…but after your first night out staying smoke free, the sensation of achievement will change into a big boost.

- You will start to have dreams about smoking and wake up feeling like you have failed. But it’s a great feeling to realize you’re still on the truck!

- you’ll notice that you feel a tiny bit depressed for a few weeks. Notice that your body is just missing the Nicotine and that this feeling will pass very soon.

Good stuff

- You will find it better to get up in the morning.

- You will feel more happy and more full of energy than each before.

- Your breath will be clean and fresh.

- You’ll have more cash in your pocket.

- You’ll have greater self-confidence understanding that you’re in control of your own destiny.

- Food will taste better than it has in years.

Final thoughts

I could go on about how great it is to be a non-smoker for hours but that will not help you.

Now that you know what can be expected from giving up, it will take away the fearful feeling that keeps so many folk smoking for many years.

In this piece i want to tell you the strange but true tale about how I was able to quit smoking through hypnosis. While you read this please do not forget that before I attempted hypnosis I was convinced that I used to be a confirmed smoker for life, and I would get sick and die of a smoking related illness!

After a five year period of not smoking I had been dumb one night and had an impertinent puff, thinking I had completely kicked the habit.

But 1 or 2 short months on and I was in an exceedingly bad way, secretly smoking in the mornings, before my husband woke up…it was a terrible time.

I’d wake up at 6 in the morning and smoke 20 cigarettes like a sneak, then wash my teeth and pretend everything was fine…

!!!THE FIRST TRY!!!

So one day, when I was feeling especially sick and looking like an old hag in the mirror, I decided enough was enough, and made the decision that I was intending to make giving up my no1 life target. I might do everything in my power to stop.

So I stopped…

But an hour later the cravings were sufficiently bad that I pretended we needed some milk and went to the shops to buy some smokes.

Another few weeks went by and I was smoking more.

Then one day when my hubby was in the shower I made a fatal error in my secret mission to hide my smoking for good.

I cracked and had a puff out the window…

As the initial few concerned puffs polluted my lungs the bedroom door all of a sudden swung open and there was my partner standing in the doorway looking extremely shocked.

He was naturally awfully understanding, and I admitted the whole thing, but I didn’t want him to be understanding because I knew what I was doing was nasty and wrong. So that afternoon I smoked my final ciggie.

As I inhaled that hideous smoke into my lungs for the last time, I was scared, but my decision was final and knew I could cause it to happen.

That night I was watching an apple iPhone commercial informing me that there’s an app for everything …. Then it hit me.

Maybe I could use the power of my iPhone to help kick the soiled weed.

I ignited the app store and typed in…”quit smoking through hypnosis”.
